About the Speakers

Peter Lancos Head Shot-1Peter Lancos co-founded eXate in 2015 along with Sonal Rattan. Prior to eXate, Peter spent 30 years working in the Banking industry, split between New York and London, primarily in the Markets business. During this time, he provided strong leadership through difficult times, including the Credit Crunch, Madoff, as well as the various conduct and regulatory issues that were experienced in the Banking industry. Peter is published as part of the RegTech Book and was a founding lecturer for FinTech Circle Institute. 

 

Sonal Starther (1)-1Sonal Rattan co-founded eXate in 2015 along with Peter Lancos. Prior to eXate, Sonal held notable roles including Head of Digital Assets and Head of EMEA RegTech at HSBC. Sonal has 20 years of development and IT leadership roles across a wide range of industries. She is published as part of the RegTech Book and was a finalist for the 2017 StartHer Awards, for Top Women Start-Up Founders, and has two patents filed regarding data privacy technology solutions.    

 

Chris BerghChris Bergh is the CEO and Head Chef at DataKitchen. Chris has more than 25 years of research, software engineering, data analytics, and executive management experience. At various points in his career, he has been a COO, CTO, VP, and Director of Engineering. Chris is a recognized expert on DataOps. He is the co-author of the "DataOps Cookbook” and the “DataOps Manifesto,” and a speaker on DataOps at many industry conferences.
